Members of Stirling Council’s Planning and Regulation Panel today approved an application by developers Dawn Homes Ltd for land near Burngreen at the southern edge of the village.
Along with delivering new affordable homes, which is a key priority for Stirling Council, the development will comprise a mixture of detached, semi-detached and terraced housing.
The application was brought before the Panel due to eleven objections being received against the proposal.
