The trial service will replace the First Midland Bluebird service F16, which was withdrawn on Sundays only.
The new service is being operated by Dial a Journey (Order of Malta) using a 14 seat bus with one wheelchair space.
The service will be available between around 9am and 5pm on Sundays (this may vary based on the usage/demand).
Only residents of Fallin and Throsk are eligible to use the service and must register in advance before travelling.
To register residents can call 01786 465355 option 1, visit www.dial-a-journey.org or pick up an application form at Stirling bus station.
When booking passengers will be advised of their pick up and drop off points – these will be bus stops in Throsk and Fallin, Forthside and Goosecroft Road at Stirling Rail Station.
The cost will be £2.40 for a single journey, which is the same as that charged on the F16. All journeys must be pre-booked between 11am and 4pm, Monday-Friday, for travel on Sunday of that week and passengers will be issued with a membership card.
