For premises which are Self Catering premises for caravans to qualify, they must meet the following criteria:
- Receipts must represent a primary source (for example, one third or more) of earnings for the ratepayer
- the property must have been let out for 140 days or more in the financial year 2019/20
Please send us the following information/evidence:
- Details of all income received by the ratepayer(s), this includes earnings and pension for the financial year 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020.
- A summary of accounts for the income received from your self-catering accommodation or caravan for the period 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020.
- Evidence that your self-catering accommodation or caravan has been let out for 140 days or more for the period 01.04.2019 to 31.03.2020, e.g. electronic diaries.
- Any other evidence you think would support your application.
